About Us
Bricks Academy is based in Ithaca, NY. The academy was founded to empower and engage with the girl soccer community. It is our duty to take girls soccer to a higher level while building strong women through training, education, networking and dedication.
Our Mission
is to develop girls soccer players so they can reach their full potential on and off the pitch. We provide a comprehensive training program that helps them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We’re also committed to providing an inclusive and supportive community where players can share their experiences and learn from each other.
Coaches
DJ Roberts
DJ is originally from Kingston, Jamaica and currently reside in the Ithaca area. He is 4 year player out of Wells College earning a B.A in Economics and Management. Post college, he went on to play professionally for the AC Crusaders and the Philadelphia Fury while adding several semi-professional stints in the NPSL. DJ is the Head Coach of the Ithaca College Women’s Soccer Club, Ithaca High School Girls JV Soccer and he currently holds the USSF D license.
